Steps to Buying Your Denver Home
Here are some of the steps you’ll take to find your
perfect home:
Get Pre-Approved for a Mortgage
This is the single most important step. It will show you how much you can
afford. You’ll talk with a lender and establish the monthly payments
you'll be comfortable with. That's a very important factor to consider
in buying a home. If you don’t have a lender I’ll help you
find one you can trust.
Determine Your Wants and Needs After you establish a price range the next most important step is to shape
your buying profile. By answering a few questions you’ll have a good
starting profile. It’s also important to understand that you may
not know what you need till you go through the process of looking at homes
and ruling out the ones you thought you'd like but actually don't once
you've seen them.
Shopping for Your Home
Every available method will be used to locate a property that matches your
buying profile, including properties offered through other real estate
companies, unlisted properties, and even homes that aren’t yet on
the market. You’ll be informed about the property before you make
your decision. I’ll help you write the offer and act as the liaison
between you and the seller. In Colorado purchasing real estate by using
an agent is an "arms length" transaction where you'll be dealing
with the seller through your own Exclusive Buyer’s Agent who deals
