Buyers
Advantage Real Estate is an Exclusive
Buyers Brokerage, meaning we only work for buyers,
never sellers, to avoid any possibility of a conflict of
interest. Years of experience taught me that buyers need
special representation and a Denver real estate agent of
their own they can trust.
Buyers
Advantage is centered around me with support from several
virtual independent contractors across the country. I build
my own website with the help of my webmaster, Lynn Payge
Hoppe in Tennessee. The Buyers Advantage website has received
numerous prestigious awards (see below). I work personally
with all clients wanting to buy homes in Denver and its
suburbs.

work with expert home inspectors and other vendors
If
you need to sell a home, my team includes a listing partner, Karin Fischer, of All In One Real Estate, who handles
my
clients’ needs to sell a house
in Denver before they buy. If you need to sell a house
elsewhere, I can refer you to agents all over the country.
She also backstops for me when I go on vacation so that
all the bases are covered.
I’ve
been in business in Denver for many years, first in commercial
property management and then as a broker associate in a
large real estate firm before I established my own business.
I’m a member of the Denver Board of REALTORS®,
the Colorado Association of REALTORS®, the National
Association of REALTORS®, and a member of the National
Association of Exclusive Buyers Agents (NAEBA). I hold
the e-Pro designation
issued to only 1% of all real estate agents in the U.S.
In order to provide my clients with the best possible service.
I
stay updated on all real estate issues in Colorado twice
a year, and add 12-18 hours of continuing education annually.
I like to stay on top of current issues facing buyers,
such as the 2009 First-time (and move-up) homebuyer tax
credit and the new RESPA law governing mortgage lenders.
Real
estate is a second career for me – I’m an ordained
minister. In my service as chaplain and pastor I learned
a lot about listening to and understanding people’s
needs. In a way, serving people wanting or needing to buy
or sell their home is a very special ministry for me. I
want to work with people I like and who need my professional
help, people who will trust me to be their REALTOR®.
I
have two grown sons and a granddaughter. I'm actively involved
in ministry as a consultant to the Department of Pastoral
Care at Swedish Medical Center in Englewood. I’m
also active in my church, First Plymouth Congregational
United Church of Christ.
My
mission is working hard for buyers, helping to make the
